AHSEC HS Final Exam Cancelled
It is information of all concerned that due to prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Higher Secondary Final Examination, 2021 has been Cancelled.
The decision has been announced by Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu after a crucial meeting with several organisations of the state.
“I would like to inform you all HS and HSLC exams of 2021 will not be held due to COVID-19,” Pegu said.
The education department will constitute committees to formulate the marking system. The results will be declared by July 31.
AHSEC HS 2nd Year Routine 2021
Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has released the Assam HS 2nd Year Exam Routine 2021 today. Earlier, Education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that AHSEC is going to held HS final year examination from 11th May 2021. Students who are going to appear in Assam HS 2nd year Board exam under AHSEC may now download their exam routine from this article as mentioned below.

Starting Date of Practical Exam: 20th April 2021
End Date of Practical Exam: 5th May 2021
Starting Date of Exam: 11th May 2021 Exam cancelled
End Date of Exam: 14th June 2021
Date of Routine Release: 7th January 2021
AHSEC HS Final Year Time Table 2021
The exams will be organized in two shifts – the morning shift (9 AM to 12 PM) and the afternoon shift (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM). While the practical exams will be held from 20th April till 5th May, the theory/written exams will be held from 11th May till 14th June, 2021
*Modern Indian Languages include: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Garo, Hmar, Hindi, Khasi, Manipuri, Mizo, Nepali & Urdu.
*Advance Languages include: Advance Assamese, Advance Bengali, Advance Bodo, Advance Hindi & Advance Manipuri.
Music (Group A) include: Hindustani Vocal, Kathak Dance, Tabla, Violin & Sitar
Music (Group B) include: Sattriya Vocal Music (Borgeet), Sattriya Dance & Khol
Music (Group C) include: (i) Assamese Folk Music / (ii) Assamese Folk Dance
