COVID Vaccine Registration
In view of unprecedented Covid-19 surge, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has decided to Vaccinate All Indian Citizens in the age group of 18-44 years. For this purpose, the registration for vaccination against the Covid-19 infection for all above the age of 18 years began today (April 28) at 4 pm on the Co-WIN Portal and Aarogya Setu App.
The government also made it mandatory for the 18-44 age group to register themselves on the Co-WIN Portal, Aarogya Setu App and UMANG App and get an appointment for vaccination.

Basic Requirement/s for Online Vaccine Registration
Documents: To be vaccinated, all individual have to produce/ possess anyone of the following documents –
a. Aadhaar Card
b. Driving Licence
c. PAN Card
d. Passport
e. Pension Passbook
f. NPR Smart Card
g. Voter ID Card (EPIC)
Mobile Number: All individual wish to register themselves for online vaccine registration must have an active mobile number to register their name. A number can only be used for a maximum of 4 persons.
Is vaccination free at all vaccination centers?
Currently, vaccination is free at government hospitals and charged at INR 250 in private hospitals for citizens aged 45 years and above. This will cease to exist from May 1, and even those above the age of 45 years will have to pay at private facilities that cost fixed by the private hospital.
For people between 18 to 44 years, the States will announce the policy relating to payment. Govt. of Assam has announced that they will offer it for free at government centers.
However, at private vaccination sites, the cost will be decided by the private hospitals and you can see the price of each vaccine at the time of booking.

How to Register for COVID Vaccine in Assam

➤ Click on COVID Vaccine Registration.
➤ A New Page will be opened.
Step No – 01
👉 Enter your Mobile Number and hit the Get OTP Button. A One-Time Password (OTP) will reach your phone.
👉 Enter the OTP you have received on your phone and Click Verify.
Step No – 02
👉Now, enter details such as Select Photo ID Proof, Photo ID Number, Your Name, Gender and Year of Birth. Click on Add.
Step No – 03
👉Click on Schedule next to the name of the person registered to book the appointment for the vaccination.
Step No – 04
👉 Enter your Pin Code and click Search. You will see the Centers Available for Your Pin Code.
Step No – 05
👉 You can also Search for a Vaccine Center by selecting your state and district.
👉 Select the Center, Select Vaccine Name, Date and Time Slot for the Vaccination, and hit Confirm.
👉 Additionally, Click on +Add Member button to Add Your Family Member/s.
